Agile PeopleOps Framework Certified PeopleOps Specialist™ (APF CPS™) program prepares the participants to understand and learn Agile PeopleOps Framework™ for HR function, create a human-centric experience for employees and external stakeholders, and explore how to contribute toward business agility.
Learning Objectives:

- Explore and experience APF™ personas and their roles & responsibilities
- Create HR processes workflow boards and participate in APF™ ceremonies
Activities and mini-assignments are integrated to foster the real-time application of concepts and practices
